What to Expect

What was here before the restaurants and condos and AirB&Bs? Lots! There’s 50 centuries of history on our site and throughout the Sarasota Region, and what came before made us who we are today. Explore our area’s background and we promise, it won’t be like school. It’ll be a walk in the park for both you and your family.

While all exhibits are open from 10 to 5 both inside the Mansion and outdoors, the following are one-time performances and presentations.

Historical Renovation and ReUse presentations are indicated in red. These 45-minute talks in the Mansion are led by renowned local experts and will allow time for questions & answers. They are free, but seating is limited, so be sure to get there on time!
